Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

We currently only ship within the state of California. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our hands.

Please note: once an order has been handed to USPS, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package seems lost or takes longer than expected, reach out to us at adam.prinz@droolrz.com — we’ll do our best to help track it down.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
