Because Droolrz are edible products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. All sales are final once your order has shipped.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at adam.prinz@droolrz.com. We’ll review each situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.
